This app provides basic accounting services to individuals or firms where they can manage their personal or business financial accounts.

This app does not store user accounts data on its app servers that is created in this app and is instead stored it in an encrypted format on user' own Google Drive, giving them full control and privacy of their own accounting data.

You can access the app by signing in with your Google account, granting access to your Google Drive for storing data related to the app data that you create and by subscribing to either trial subscription (for new user) or paid subscription.

In some subscription plans, there may be an additional step to setup or verify your 2-step authentication pin before you access the app.

All user-created accounting data is stored in an encrypted format on your own Google Drive, ensuring the security and privacy of your information.

When you grant access to store app data on your Google Drive, app can access only those files and folders that it create. App cannot access any other files and/or folders in your Google Drive which are not created by the app.

The app collects limited user data including acceptance of terms, active status, subscription details, app activity status and login history is stored on Google Firestore, a secure and scalable database provided by Google Firebase.

App collects Google account information such as user email, profile, user name, token, etc. to provide access to the app and its services, and additionally, it may use cookies to enhance user experience and preserve sessions on user's own browser.

User app activity may be used for Google Analytics, application perfomance measurement and improvement. Payment providers such as Razorpay, Stripe or Paypal, if used, would store your payment details and your payment success or failure is captured by the app for the determining the continuity of the subscription. This information will not be shared with any other third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to provide the app's services and comply with legal obligations.

You can delete your own data from the app, from your Google Drive or delete your account from the app itself.

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account. However, you can utilise the account recovery options provided by Google to regain access to your account.

It is your responsibility to remember and maintain the confidentiality of your 2-step PIN. We do not store your PIN on our servers.

However if you do not remember the PIN and want to change it, you can drop an email from your registered Google account email to help@khataeasy.com. After our confirmation response, you can sign in to your app again using your Google account and the app will show you information to reset the PIN.

Kindly note, more than 3 requests to change your forgotten PIN may incur additional costs. If you remember your PIN, you can change it from your app settings itself after sign in.

Since we do not store any user created data on our servers and keep it in encrypted files on user's own Google drive, it is user's responsibility to ensure the integrity of these files. If any content in such file is found to manually changed by editing the file, that file would be deemed tampered with and user would lose their data in that file. If any backup and restore plan apply in the subscription and are enabled, user have a chance to restore that file from any recent backup unless that is also not deleted or tampered with on Google Drive.

Since we do not store any user created data on our servers and keep it in encrypted files on user's own Google drive, it is user's responsibility to ensure the integrity of these files. If user accidently deletes any file, there is a possibility to restore that from the Google Drive Trash folder. If any such file is not available in the Google Drive trash folder as well, user would lose their data in that file and app may create a new file. If any backup and restore plan apply in the subscription and are enabled, user have a chance to restore that file from any recent backup unless that is also not deleted or tampered with on Google Drive.

Upon signing up with your Google account, you can opt for a free trial subscription of 15 days which will have access to all the features available in our Basic paid subscription plan.

We offer the convenience of using popular payment gateways, Stripe, Razorpay or Paypal, for secure and smooth transactions of your subscription payments.

The app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. It is advised for underage users to seek parental consent or refrain from using the app.
